Well, his smiling weirdly in the original, flying with an open mouth in gtg, breathing smoke in etd and fusion, his eyes are shining too much in aht, wouldn't he be pricked by then in soi, he's got an attitue smirk in sof, couldn't he get a cough from dust in adventure?, quality is low in shadow legacy. But in yotd he isn't making a smile while in the others he is, and it's good to have a change 'ay?

Oh, and in the Spyro story, the next year of the dragon is coming up in 2 more games! I can't wait

Skateboarding is the best feature in Spyro Year of the Dragon. I also liked the extra characters, since it gave you more features. It's a shame I don't own the game anymore.

I wonder why they didn't have skateboarding in of any other spyro game.

SK8BOARDINGGGGGGGGGGGGG! Sgt. Byrd, the level where the hockey players smack the girl across the ice, theme music, hunter is funny, game is humorous sometimes, variety, so much! I know this is old and i will be ignored but i'm really really really really bored.

I liked the game because it was funny at times, and the levels were pretty good. But I especialy liked the other characters [besides ,,, etc.] such as- Bently,,,,and my personal favorite- and I thought the skateboarding was fun to. Wow! there are a lot of things I like about this game.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE GAME EVER!!!!!!!!! ITS THE BEST VIDEO GAME IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!! I'm borrowing my dad's until mine comes in the mail. (me and my dad ordered the collectors edition and a new memory card and he gave me the PS1 since we never use it cuz we use the PS2 so i get to keep it!) Its so fun!!! my favorite level is Enchanted Towers. Plus its really funny and its really fun and its much better than the first 2 games!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my fave world is deff Sunrise Spring Home and my fave level is any of the speedways or the Super Bonus Round!! It is sooo fun getting all those jewels!!

This game, along with ANB and AHT, are the best games in the series. This game is great because of the ability to play as six characters, its great music and its all round longtivity. It is even the only multi-player Spyro game on a non-handheld console.

Numerous problems, such as the mediocore graphics, lack of storyline and poor combat keep this game, and it's prequels, from being as good as other platform adventure games such as Rachet and Clank 3, Jak 3 and Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped, which, despite being released two years before YOTD, had far superior graphics.

does the level with sheila where she goes from right to left remind you of the crash bonus rounds?

Why do you care about combat?The graphix weren't that bad.I'ts a PS1 game! This game did have storyline!! Even though it was weak,it was still exciting,Michael.

Well, when talking about graphics, I am comparing it to games released on the Playstation or on a similar console, and in comparison to, for example, Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped, the graphics of YOTD are only mediocore. I should have been more specific when it came to combat. For the first two games, enemies had poor A.I., though enemies appeared significantly smarter in YOTD, and for the other playable characters, the combat was great. Maybe I was being a little too harsh there.
