Hi guys, Dazzy here, I need some help in the Spooky Swamp level. Now knowing me, I'm an expert at playing Spyro, however I am in need of some help because I am looking for one stupid Red Gem! I have 499 out of 500 Gems in Spooky Swamp, all the Dragon Eggs, but can't find the last Red Gem. Sparx can't find it either, it's not in the main level, or in Sheila's area, so I'm assuming it's a glitch. I've turned off my Playstation 2, rebooted it, and poor Sparx can't direct me to it, damn it Sparx, useless lol. So, has anyone encountered this before. I do think I've heard someone have this problem before, but can't remember.

Maybe it's because you got 601 gems in Fireworks Factory?

Yeah. Don't worry about it, if you got the extra gem from FF, you'll get 20000 gems anyway. Just go onto something else until you're done.

Erm, I haven't finished the Fireworks Factory yet, I've got 71 percent completed so far, but I shall take your advice and get all the gems in the other levels etc to see if it all adds up in the end.

For sppoky swamp last red gem, Try going through all the mini game levels (and I mean all) and use Sparx's gem finding in each. This had worked for me.

If you still can't find it try looking under a bridge. I too was trying to find one last red gem and it happen to be under the broken bridge/

Well to be honest, I've used Sparx to find the remaining gems in Spooky Swamp. The little guy can't find anymore, I'm not going back there lol, so I shall do the other levels and then return to see if it triggers the gem.

Either way you'll never get to Super Bonus i.e. 14999/15000 gems.

Yea, I'm hoping I can get there, with a little help of a gem adding to another level lol.

I don't mean to double post, but I have two more levels to complete, Haunted Tomb and Dino Mines. So far there has been no level that has an extra gem added to the total, for example 601 out of 600, 701 out of 700. I'm praying it happens in the final two levels.

maybe if it didn't happen on your other game file, start another new game, and check if it happens again. i don't know cos i haven't completed those three levels at all.

I've done just that, I started a new game, ran to Spooky Swamp, and got 500 Gems out of 500. So yea, must be a bug or a glitch.

Actually, the same thing happened to me in evening lake home. i had to start from scratch to get 600/600 again.

It's never happened to me before, maybe it's in one of those additional areas you can get in the levels?

Yeah, are you sure you didn't go into the challenge portals and hit the shoulder buttons there?
