Do we know if all the original characters will be back, and will they have the same voice actors? I know Tom Kenny is returning for Spyro, Sgt. Byrd and whoever else he voiced but I'd love to see Melissa Disney back as Elora and Pamela Hayden back as Bianca.

it is inevitable that all the major characters and the NPCs will be returning. As for the voices actors, we don't know about all the details

IMDb claims that André Sogliuzzo, the original voice actor for Sparx and Bartholomew, is going to be reprising his roles as well. This hasn't been officially confirmed by anyone to my knowledge, however.
I personally think it's safe enough to say that any of the original voice actors who have also been in Skylanders are 100% going to be returning, but that's just my take on it.

IMDB is not a source, ask the VA directly to be sure. We had big trouble with Skylanders Imaginators because someone created a fake list and tried to gaslight people into thinking it was always there, including repeated(edit wars of 10 attempts or more!) edits to the wiki even if we had sources straight from the actual actors.

That's why I said it hasn't been officially confirmed. There are the few rare occasions that it has been correct, hence why I mentioned it, but it's to be taken with a grain of salt until the actor or somebody else working on it officially confirms it. The only reason it wouldn't surprise me is because he worked on Skylanders as well, though that doesn't necessarily say anything either. We'll just have to see.

Understandable :P I know some people won't hesitate to put really-not-confirmed information on wikis, especially if it's something favorable like a returning actor.

I think I heard somewhere that Elora's voice actor from Spyro 3 is returning.

I'll be honest. I didn't realise that Elora had a different voice actor in Spyro 3.

Melissa Disney was her VA in Spyro 2. Someone on Reddit said Carolyn (I forget her last name), who was Elora's VA in Spyro 3, was back for Reignited but didn't provide any confirmation. So basically we don't know who'll be voicing her. I liked her Spyro 3 VA but I'd be really happy if they got Melissa Disney back. Haven't really heard much out of her in awhile and I always liked her work.
