It's so amusing how we got here.

This is assuming the boxart is final and TFB developing the Reignited Trilogy.

After LoS, they get handed the IP, and told to give Spyro a breath of fresh air. They go through gimmicks, they go through edgy reboot, and none of that is enough for Acti.
Then they make Skylanders with Spyro as the mission control for fun. That gives Acti dollar symbols for eyes, and TFB now has to make that and actually make Spyro playable. As much as I like the series, we know what the reaction was.
And now, here we are. TFB might finally make their big breakout when VV was seen as the superior visuals for years... By doing exactly what they were told to do at the start. A refreshing Spyro game. They don't even have to make a new one.

Also, TFB has literally introduced a whole generation of new fans to Spyro in ways that took a long time to manifest.

I mean... I know I’m hyped and I’m part of the “problem” for Spyro fans lol
