This question relates to every Skylanders 3DS game. I own the games (not SC because I'm not into racing) but I haven't played them. I'm about to buy a 3DS to play them on. My question is around game saves.

So on wii, xBox 360 etc I can create my own game save and play that myself and my children can play their own game saves. Can I also do this on the 3DS versions or is it only one game save and we would all have to play the same game save?

Also on a side note, is there that much noticeable difference between playing it on a 3DS or a 3DS XL?

Not sure about the difference between a 3DS and a 3DSXL other than the obvious console stuff (bigger screens and such), but I can confirm that both SSA and SG 3DS have multiple game saves. Three each.
