Error loading on Xbox 360

Has anyone else seen and fixed the following error, the error appears whenever the game is loaded on an Xbox 360.

save progress obtained on the latest version of skylanders imaginators can only be loaded with the latest version

It's not an error, and it appears on EVERY console once you download the update.

It's basically just a warning saying that if you should ever need to reinstall the game on your console, make sure to download the update patch again or else your existing save(s) won't load.
