Technically Imaginators Year 2 hasn't been announced, just briefly confirmed in a financial report. She could easily be referencing that.

Warner Bros has exclusive publishing rights for Disney games right now. TfB is under Activision. Extremely unlikely to happen.

No worries, I only know that info because I follow Lego Dimensions closely as well. (WB publishes the Lego games, too.)

It's more that Disney's licences out their franchises to various companies, rather than one having exclusive rights to ~everything~... EA has "core" Star Wars until about 2023, assuming they don't renew their deal... Square Enix now has Marvel (with Activision losing the Marvel licence, but Capcom still has a bit of that licence, given there's a Marvel vs Capcom game due this year. Could be a split where as MvC is a fighting game, it's not something Square Enix will have in the works, so Disney are fine with it), as well as Kingdom Hearts (presumably what worlds/characters they can add are dependent on what they can licence on top of KH/what Disney OKs)... Warner Bros is another partner...

So, another Activision Disney game ~could~ happen, depending on what franchise it is going to be based on, whether they can get the licence, but looks unlikely given they've lost the one they did have. The world of licencing is a difficult one.

Must be a new IP. It's an unannouced game, I don't think it will be Skylanders related.

The WB deal I mentioned was referring to original Disney properties, which I believe also includes Pixar, as the Disney Interactive studio closed down earlier this year. I know that the first WB-published Disney game will be a Cars 3 tie-in.

The Star Wars and Marvel properties weren't being handled by Disney Interactive at the time--at least, not exclusively--and will maintain their existing licensing agreements through other publishers. Though WB does still have rights to publish Lego games involving those properties.
