For me, two of the parts (the ones behind locked doors) didn't appear the first time I played through - just got random parts. The second time, I used the opposite key+keyhole combinations from before, and got both of the missing parts. Not sure if that's just a weird coincidence on my end.

Phoenix Crystal is the best unreleased Crystal.
Skylanders Academy Season 2 was an improvement.
I don't know what to think of Skylanders' future.

I just played it 2 times the exact same way, got 2 parts on first play tho and 2 on 2nd.

Yes, you just have to play it multiple times through. One of the many times they try to increase the replay value.

In case anyone else has gotten stuck on that horrid 6x6 lock puzzle in the Rodent Reformatory, here's the solution to both match the gems AND get to the goal:

UP, RIGHT, UP, LEFT, UP, LEFT, DOWN, LEFT, UP, DOWN

There's very little room for error on this one. As far as I can tell, matching up the gems in any other way means you will always collide with the enemy goblin before you can reach the goal yourself.

I ran through it 4 times. Each time I got another part of the bathroom set.
