I won the creator contest and I don't know how to claim my prize. Any help?

They have to send you the redemption code for you to put in the Creator Shop when you are ready to purchase your figure.

I won the for the light week. They sent me an email to the address that I listed on the web form that I filled out when I submitted my creation. Follow the email's instructions: so I have to print out some papers, sign them, and mail them to the address listed in said email.

I'm not sure if you've made progress on this, but I learned today that Activision wants you to print out the release, sign it, scan it, and then email it back to the email address as an attachment. Good luck.

Yup I won also and I just printed the form out, filled it in, scanned it back as PDF and emailed it right back to the email address that I received the winning confirmation from. Hopefully they will receive it and then email me a code to use so that I can order my skylander!

I replied to their email a couple of days ago but havent received a response as yet!....hope it doesnt take too long. Dont know how else to get in touch with them
