Take sharkfins ship up to the sky island grab the bomd and do 2 rails slides and run like heck to blow it it. Key a fast runner will help you. Good luck.

Go on Sharpfin's ship to the place where you can access Dragon Temple. Grab the explosive barrel there. Then rail grind down the two vines, and dash as quickly as you can back to well.

Using Sir Hoodington with the Burning Dash attack, I can make it.
