Golden Arcade, Finding all areas

I can't find the 13th area in the Golden Arcade, please help!
I used the guide here to find the collectibles, so any area not on that guide I probably haven't found.

There's an area you can only get to after getting a device in a later level, the access point would be at the start of the Plushy Plaza.
