You just get it as a random chest drop I think.

I pretty sure it's all randomized except for the Sensei unlocks....

There does appear to be some fixed chest rewards (though only the first time), such as Elemental Auras in the Realms. And of course, Doomlanders unlock their parts the first time they're defeated.

Phoenix Crystal is the best unreleased Crystal. Skylanders Academy Season 2 was an improvement. I don't know what to think of Skylanders' future. |
