Buckshot: Quickshot - shoots magical wool bullets;
Pain-Yatta: Knight - has a broken lollipop with a sharp edge;

Chain Reaction: Brawler - has chains striped to his knuckles;
Ro-Bow: Quickshot - rapidly fires screws and bolts;
Dr. Krankcase: Sentinel - uses an highly-technologic electric staff;

Ambush: Sorcerer - wields a gnarly staff and summons various plants and tree creatures;
Boom Bloom: Sentinel - wields a thorny branch;
Chompy Mage: Brawler - has a second puppet and focuses his attacks on his Chompy Form;

Chopscotch: Sentinel - wields a double ended axe;
Pit Boss: Quickshot - further Metal Gear Solid reference, shoots snakes from them;
Wolfgang: Smasher - basically what he was in Trap Team;

Air Strike: Ninja - he basically has two smaller hawks;
Wild Storm: Bowslinger - shoots high pressure air arrows;
Bad Juju: Sorcerer - back to her former shaman glory;

Barbella: Swashbuckler - uses two crystal daggers;
Tri-Tip: Knight - wields a sword made out of dinosaurs' bones;
Golden Queen: Ninja - throws sharp scarab satues;

Ember: Smasher - uses a fiery flail;
Flare Wolf: Ninja - throws fiery shurikens;
Tae Kwon Crow: Bowslinger - shoots kunais and flaming feathers;

King Pen: Knight - wields an ice sword;
Tidepool: Swashbuckler - wields two cuttlefish cutlasses;
Grave Clobber: Bazooker - because water geysers are cool;

Aurora: Sorcerer - uses a copy of Eon's staff to control the 8 Elements;
Blaster-Tron: Quickshot - uses two blasters;

Starcast: Brawler: - an edgier and more agile Slam Bam;
Hood Sickle: Swashbuckler - uses two smaller sickles;

Bonus:
Crash: Bazooker
Cortex: Quickshot
They play the same but I feel those Classes suit them more.
