Yeah, they kinda confirmed no iOS Starter at the announcement.

they are moving away from the wii and mobile platforms, they cant run the same game that the other consoles run so they have to make 2 games. its not worth it to make another game for the small tablet/wii market, better to put that effort into the main game and make it better.
