I wish it was. But I think that it is better on the DS! But only because of how it uses the touchscreen.

Well, i cant really see it on there, for one very obvious reason:
It was made over a year ago! They would have forgotten# about it!

It's the same as saying "Why wasn't Season of Ice on PS2?" It just wasnt. Shadow Legacy was Spyro's DS debut and it had touch screen features and stuff. It would be cool if they made a PS2 version but its better as a DS exclusive

I hope they continue from where this game left off some time. They could make a PS2 version like A Hero's Tail to redeem themselves after the sloppiness that was Legend of Spyro.

that would have been awesome that game would have been funner, oh and i thought legend of spyro was good

Legend of Spyro series. It's not unique and has no relation to the past Spyro games besides starring a purple dragon and his dragonfly sidekick.

Yeah, but it's nothing like the others and they aren't fun by any means.

i still like them, i guess they can't please everyone

I preferred the old games compared to the new ones but I think that if Shadow Legacy was on PS2 and the DS, I think that it wouldn't have been so unique

That isn't true, as Michael stated in that thread someone made that up. It's obvious Shadow Legacy was meant to be the first Spyro game exclusive to DS, to make people want a DS more and to take advantage of the DS's touch screen features.

I like it, but I don't love it. It made great use of the touchsceen, though.

Anyway, why should this particular game be on PS2, why not Season of Ice and Season of Flame? And also Adventure? Since they were the ones that got better reviews than the other hand-helds according to gamespot, but everyone thinks they are ignorant. Which I do not think it's true.

It was basically a DS equivalent of A Hero's Tail but with a new storyline. If it had been on PS2 as well, it wouldn't have been so unique on DS.

I like it on DS but it could have done well on PS2/X Box/GameCube...
