Let it flow the water never bothered me anyway

I have no problem with Grave Clobber being in the water element. The problem that I do have is whoever made the idiotic decision to have 30 characters (not including Kaos) and 10 battle classes, but shortchange 2 battle classes. It is so tough to fix dumb.
