Kaos isn't in the villain bundle. You get him with any starter pack if you pre-order on these confirmed retailers (THERE COULD BE MORE): Amazon, Gamestop, Toys R Us.

Kaos is a pre-order bonus with the starter pack. The villain bundle is separate to that.
