We don't know simply put. Though it'd be really cool and would make up for the lack of legs (well for me anyway, I doubt others feel the same)

I'm pretty sure in one if those earlier trailers or something else maybe they show a ninjini/Persephone like tail on a character.

If all else fails you can just give it no legs and it'll just be sparkly underneath it's waist.

These (and some intermediate ones, using a mix of parts from the ones with identical backgrounds) are the only Swashbucklers I've found in trailers. 4 tails, none of them smoke. The closest to smoke that we've seen is the default starry naga tail.

Phoenix Crystal is the best unreleased Crystal.
Skylanders Academy Season 2 was an improvement.
I don't know what to think of Skylanders' future.
