Two Very Different Ignitors?

So I was looking at my collect today, and I noticed two very odd things - one: I had two figures of Series 1 Ignitor and two: they looked quite different. When I put them next to each other, one was shorter and looked wider, and the other looked taller and thinner. One also looked like it was leaning forward more than the other. Their flames looked different, too. On one, they were clear, but on the other, they were solid orange. It's very interesting, and I've posted a picture of the two compared below. What do you think is up with these two?

One is probably a reprint of Ignitor while the other is maybe a first edition (3DS Version maybe). Who knows!
