Is the winners of the create your own skylanders contest? They did say they would become figures. What if those are the missing characters?

What Nuigi12 said. The winners will get their parts in the game, but only they will get the figure based on it, iirc.

Ah. I thought I heard somewhere that figures would be available at launch.

hmm official rules states something entirely different.

No mention of a physical toy of any kind to any winner.

6. PRIZES: Eleven winners will be chosen from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period comprised of one (1) grand prize winner and ten (10) runners-up. One (1) grand prize winner will have their drawing included in the Skylanders 2016 game and will receive one (1) copy of the Skylanders 2016 starter pack (approximate retail value (“ARV”) = $75.00) and one (1) Skylanders prize package (ARV $75.00). Ten (10) runners-up will each receive one (1) Skylanders 2016 starter pack. Total ARV of all prizes = $900.00. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to substitute the prize (or a portion thereof) with another prize of comparable or greater value. All prize details of the prize are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Allow eight (8) to ten (10) weeks after winner notification (or longer, in the case of the grand prize) for delivery of prize.

Why would they make new figures?they will most likely just make them into imaginator parts
