You mixed it up a little there, might be better to word it as the third row of Senseis because you make it sound like we'll fight the Skylanders.

Undead: Hex - She's said to be the most powerful sorceress in Skylands, what else
Life: Food Fight- Quickshot
Water: Chill - Sentinel - double ended staff.
Fire: Flameslinger - Bowslinger
Air: Fling Kong - Ninja
Earth: Prism Break - Brawler(get out Terrafin)
Tech: Sprocket - Swashbuckler(double wrenches?)
Magic: Cobra Cadabra - Bazooker
Dark: Gotta break the rule here. Nightfall - Smasher (anything for her hair to hold, maybe even made of hair, really)
Light: Knight Light - Knight

Not picking favorites aside from Hex, just who fits the role best.

It's because we got so used to pairing the original 8, just like I always do them by weakness order. We'll get used to it eventually.

Life: Stealth Elf - Ninja (represents Ninja the best)
Air: Jet-Vac (only one left with bazooka)
Undead: Hex - Sorcerer (what Bifrost said)
Magic: Ninjini - Swashbuckler (if they limit the class to tails just because of her, then why not use her?)
Tech: Sprocket (she's really the only one that fits)
Water: Punk Shock - Bowslinger (much better than Snap Shot)
Fire: Ignitor - Knight (sword n' armor, what else do you need?)
Earth: Rubble Rouser - Smasher (that stoneman needs more love)
Light: Astroblast - Quickshot (only Light character that fits a class without Knight Light)
Dark: Nightfall - Brawler (only Dark character that fits a class without Knight Mare)

I agree and appreciate most of what has been listed. But Snapshot as a water bowslinger because he has a bow is a bit weak. Punk Shock should be the water bowslinger as that is her only weapon and she totally rocks!

I totally forgot about her! She's so much better. Time to edit!

Can't help but think of that fan-made "Nova Star Strike" as a swashbuckler (or sentinel).

Alright heres my list!

Life: as a Ninja - So, just like in the 3DS version, she could throw her daggers and could still work as before. I think she might even be more fun then her current form!

Air: as a Bazooker - There was no one, NO ONE else that I could find to fit this position, besides Fling Kong, but his role is already taken by Stealth Elf (honestly I would prefer Fling Kong over Jet Vac) but, he works anyway.

Magic: as a Swashbuckler - Star Strike is one of my favorite characters of all time, and you never know, she may have a tail we haven't seen yet Anyway, they could do a lot with her and I'd be interested to see how she would work.

Water: as a Bowslinger - Honestly, I prefer Punk Shock as the Bowslinger over the other two, Flameslinger and Snap Shot. I feel like they could do more with her, and I had never played as Punk Shock and this would give me a chance to.

Dark: as a Sentinel - Yeah, I know that this has nothing to do with her current powers, but I still think it would be cool to see, and plus she is the leftover one, and it could still work! Having her hooks on both sides of a stick Works so well x3

Fire: as a Knight - He has a flaming sword, it works. Hes also only gotten one repose and I would love for him to return. Hes one of my favorite Fire Skylanders.

Undead: as a Sorcerer - I thought having an Undead Sorcerer would honestly be the coolest thing, and since Bat Spin fits the class perfectly, bingo! Also, shes one of the most creative Undead Skylanders (aside from names)

Light: as a Quickshot - Having two of his Solar Flairs would be really cool, and hes one of my favorite Skylanders of all time. While I'd rather have Knight Light over Astroblast, I'm trying to stick to the cores, and since Astroblast is technically a core, it would work for him.

Tech: as a Brawler - Brawler for obvious reasons, but I think it would be awesome for Wind Up to return, as hes one of my favorite Tech Skylanders, in fact he IS my favorite, and he could have some awesome new attacks

Earth: as a Smasher - I tried to find another character for Smasher, but Fist Bump fits it well (I tried to find another one that wasn't Earth because Tri-Tip) but I would love for him to return as he was pretty overpowered!
