Jet-Vac level theory [CLOSED]

So I was watching the Crash video and paying attention to all the details in the level in the background, and I thought, what if this level takes place in Windham? Jet-Vac was a Sky Baron in Windham before he gave up his wings and he was said to be the most daring and flying ace there. So it would sort of make sense to have a GIANT Jet-Vac statue, that can be seen in the background multiple times. They've done level's in Skylander's homes before, so it's not too much of a stretch. What do you think?

It is Windham until disproved, there's no mention of other Sky Baron bases, the place does look like it's been raided more than once, and it's full of crests resembling Jet-Vac's helmet.

They haven't mentioned it yet, it just hits all the indicators that we have from the backstory.
