It is not.
It unlocks a Battle Arena for PVP, that's it. No collection screen info or anything.

Technically, from what I've read, the PvP arena the Volcanic Vault unlocks is basically Aqueduct with just a cosmetic change. Not really worth 100% collection. I look at it as a bonus.
