Until confirmed otherwise, the Fire Sensei is Flamurai and the Life one is Tee-Key. As for the ones in the trailer, I have no ideas for their names.

Nah! Their awesome! I like Tee-Key because it's like Tiki haha. (i think thats actually what it's supposed to be)

It may be really cheap but I'd call the Water Sensei Bubble Gun (like bubble gum) or something similar. Hope her catchphrase at least makes that pun.

For the Life Sensei, I like Treeki

Then for the Fire Sensei, I like Flamurai

EDIT: While it's pretty obvious the Water Sensei is a Quickshot and the Life Sensei is a Knight what does the Fire Sensei look like to you guys? I see a Sentinel

I see where people are getting the tiki vibe, he looks wooden, but the shape of his face reminds me of an anteater or something along that line. I could see them making some cool upgrades around that idea, using his sword as a primary attack and and shooting ants or possibly digging them up for health bonuses. I don't know though, just a guess
