Currently coming up with ideas, thinking about a friendly stuffed animal that goes berserk in combat

I deeed it, but phone really likes big pictures so link. This is Karmalade, or at least what I remember from the first time I thought about it.

Here it is, might be a bit big, this is a mock sheet I can't upload this and you'll get disqualified if you do, but it's pretty much the basics if you have an A4 paper. The character, the attacks, all neatly organized, and sketches demonstrating stuff have proper placement. No coloring since I don't carry my coloring pencils, when i get home I'll redo this on my A3 and show coloring.

Oh yeah. Sketch, always sketch. You might not draw well but you can draw much better if you plan out the size with lightly drawn circles and rectangles, then you can draw the final character on top with a pen or stronger pressed pencil.

Edit: I forgot the catchphrase. Pretend "Open up!" Is written there.

Uhh... wouldn't that disqualify a lot of existing Skylanders? Like sure they're not promoting specific brands, but Trigger Happy has a lot of fun with his gold guns, which look like real guns...

Anyway, I might as well make something to send in. It'll have a 0% chance of winning since it'll be a quadruped and they're probably looking for things to put in the character creator, but it's worth a shot and will get the imagination running. Thinking of a fox of some sort, but working on the secondary theme (since straight-up fox would be boring and not very Skylanders-y).

To make sure that Activiision don't find anything offensive or dangerous about my creation, I am going to make a Skylander made out of cotton candy, and it's only attack is to hug enemies (which heals them).

Catchphrase (Pretty proud of this one): 'Cat got your tongue?' Haha

I couldn't decide on a name, so I went with Splash.

I thought attacks could be (1) Something to do with her tongue (2) Water bombs (3) Maybe a water gun?

I don't get why people are submitting drawings immediately, I for one am still thinking of an idea for my skylander. There's plenty enough time left, those free starter packs won't be stolen from you, take your time. I find it an advantage for taking your time because most people are so excited for this game, they're submitting their's after like 5 hours of making it. If you spend time on it and really get good detail into it, your almost guaranteed to win because everyone is submitting drawings so quickly.

Ummm... I did say in my post, I can't enter the competition (not in U.S. *sigh*). I was just drawing for fun and to inspire others!

Oops, sorry about that!

Just a thought: for all the talented people who don't live in US, why don't just send it anyway? Is not like you gotta live there to send an email...

I mean you would get caught when they ask your address to send you the prize but at least you would get the satisfaction to know your picture was selected.

So, correct me if I got any of this wrong:

-This contest is to get your character into the game as a makeable Imaginator, not a Sensei?

-And the top 10 winners get a free starter pack for the game?
