Adventure Packs?

i have a hard time to see what they should release as adventure packs this time around. i think that the crystals and make your own skylanders would be enough.

From a speculation standpoint, I wouldn't put it past them to announce a "Roll your own adventure pack" as part of this game...seriously easy / on wheels, but as part of a sandbox experience.

They're already teasing a potential service to allow people to 3D print their skylander creations. Might even be a lucrative option for top tier skylites.

seeing as all the characters are giant sized gimmickers, adventure packs would either be really expensive or not happening at all.

They did it with Trap Team so why not? And the characters are far from giant-sized, they're a bit smaller than Trap Masters from what I saw.

Yea and Superchargers kinda had them when they released Trophys, because they unlocked new racing areas.

Yeah, they'll probably include a way to unlock exclusive gear for your Imaginator Skylanders.

It's the second or third time I hear this information.
Has it truly been confirmed?

And by "confirmed" I mean "did they say that Magic Items now work again as they did in first three games, or do they simply unlock decorations?".
Guess they might also work as a way to unlock parts for our Imaginators.

I am indeed expecting some kind of Expansion Pack.
Maybe a couple ones with a Sensei, a Creation Crystal (or two Magic Items, if they work again) and the Adventure Piece.
They might even surprise us with level creation, as TakeYourLemons suggested.

Like Giants had Battle Packs.
