I know! The disappointment with the Kaos Trap is because while you can still play as Kaos, it's timed and you don't have a physical figure of him.

I don't think thats happening. There might be a limited amount of him, so not everyone could complete the game to 100%. Unless they make it not count towards that.

OH! The Portals can Time Travel. They said as so in the first game. That's how you can you have two of the same Skylanders being played at once.

On principle I won't buy a Kaos figure if he's the main villain in SI. It just doesn't make sense.

YES! Me too! It feels kind of wrong to play with Kaos as a figure. Yes, yes I know he was a figure at the beginning of giants, but that was different. And if he is technically still a villain this messes up the whole "all skylanders are heroic heroes" thing. I'm disappointed in TFB for this one. Who cares if "the fans want it". I don't! Unless TFB comes up with an amazingly fantastic piece of lore to make sense of this, I'm never touching it.

The lore for it is it'll make money.

Kaos most likely will unlock specific and unique Imaginator parts (that we've already seen). Here's hoping he has great attacks and dialogue!

If Kaos is a skylander.
That means we get a Kaos Element Skylander.
Now I want the Spyro revamp to be Kaos Element, cause I want the gimmick to be switching elemental breaths
Think about it.
Kaos (element) is technically just a subarchetype of Magic, right?
Magic is the purest element, because all skylanders are fueled by elemental Magicness, therefore, Magic skylanders are fueled by Magic element Magic.
Hence Spyro, who can potentially use all sorts of elements, is Magic.

But that definition of Magic fits the Kaos element to a T.
Spyro for Clear element (rebranded Kaos element )

does the price of the order make sense when compared to the regular starter pack without Kaos or the crash pack?

But Villain figures are literally a thing in this game! Why do people think they're going to half-ass the lore so much? There are a million different explanations they could make up for this. It's not the end of the world that Kaos gets a figure. Don't forget we have magic time traveling portals that can make Kaos fight Kaos at the end of Trap Team.

How I feel about a Kaos figure: Eh. I'll never get it, couldn't care less. But it is cool for those who do want to play as him and have a figure of him.

You know, I was feeling "Meh" about Imaginators and I was going to get it on the cheap around Black Friday, but I really do like Kaos! A LOT! I absolutely knew he would be a fig but I wouldn't allow myself to get hyped until I saw some proof as I didn't want to get into a depression over it just in case he wasn't. But now, YAY we got proof!

Now as soon as the people here on the forum here can figure out just how we here in the USA can get one, I'm ordering it immediately. No waiting around like Thrillipede and then kicking myself in the butt. It's totally worth $100 to be in on this one (assuming they won't jack the price up just to offer a "free" figure).

I mean, I felt the Kaos trap was going to be everywhere to meet demand and there was no need to get a Dark Starter and boy was I wrong! I learned my lesson to not wait on something I really want just because I don't really like dark figures very much.

Now...the question is...will he be totally OP like his trap and break the game? I sorta hope so and hope not. I mean he has to be the strongest and bestest one because he is Kaos after all, but then again I do want to cheat and breeze though the game either. I know, don't use him, but come on, he's Kaos after all and he commands to be played before all other characters. Either way, he really has me going for the game now, more so than nearly 8 new female characters in the game (of which only half are of waifu quality).

If it's true, I'm glad they're going with the classic Kaos design and not something more detailed/extravagant like his racing outfit in Superchargers.

Lack of weapons (and battle Class symbol) could mean that he doesn't use weapons, or possibly that he switches between multiple.

Ever since I heard that we were getting 11 villains, I expected Kaos. I knew he was coming because they wouldn't miss the opportunity to have him as a toy. I'm actually really okay with the idea of it, I've always wanted one. The figure doesn't just have the same pose as the prototype, but also that huge statue they have of him. I actually imagined him being in that exact pose because of it. I'm really happy that he doesn't have a big sword or something fancy, just Kaos himself. What I'm wondering is which starter packs this will be available with. Will it just be for the regular edition? Or the dark and Crash one too?

I remember. I preordered him. They were given him out to anyone, not just who preordered, and then they put the left over ones on the shelves. It was a mess. I was glad I got there first.
