So, I got two Spring Time Thrillipedes, one for me and one for my step-sister, but when I got home I saw that one of them seems to have forgotten how to hold his one grenade. He's holding it upside down Is this something that collectors would drool over like malformed Amiibos or should I just return him? I think it's funny, but it'll bug me for eternity if I keep him and my sis is the same way xD

First thing is to not open it. If you do, then it will loose all value. Second, is to take an image and share it with the forum. We can then get a better idea of what's going on and to state a value.

Generally though, value on these things are very hard to judge. Putting it on ebay and let the bidders have at it is probably the only way to judge what it is worth to anyone. Errors used to get hundreds, but I think these days you'll be lucky to get $35 to $50? It really depends on how many crazed fans there are bidding on it.

I would keep it personally. Might go up in value, and you can always grab a new one to open next BOGO sale.

So this egg bomb is it glued upside down? Or is his arm a top right arm that was place upside down on the bottom left? It could be rare?

Yeah like stoat said...i would keep it...AND NOT OPEN IT! ...it might be worth something someday.
