Hope this isn't true, it's a bit scary for the toys to life creator to turn their toys back into digital format; Activision is already locking 2 figures away as digital, Instant Spitfire and Instant Hot Streak.

Last Year there were Instant Characters as well... Instant food fight and Instant Snap Shot.

I thought I read there were going to digital characters for purchase for people that went digital download

Note that it says they're iOS exclusive. It's for iOS users who might not have a portal. They probably have an instant Sky pairing as well, guessing Stormblade and Sky Slicer.

Super Shot and Stealth Stinger seem more likely, though. After all, she is a starter pack character.

This. Pretty sure it was on the article at some point too; but I feel kiinda cheated out of another terrain if iOS gets two or more and console only gets one :I

Mabe he'll be a secret Variant on the consoles as well... wait, what if you plug out your portal while you're in sea zone and plug in the old portal... SOMEONE HAS TO TRY!!!

Yup, they were also the same type of variants, that mayo color. Do not like not having a physical character of a variant figure design.

That's why I made a custom Instant food fight and Snap Shot, and I plan to do the same this time around.

The Instants are here to be a 'play anywhere' kind of gimmick,though. At least for now,they're not to replace the real ones; probably why they have such a weird color scheme(eyeburn for the Trap Team ones, cheese for the Superchargers instants) which just wants to make you want the real figures.

Well, Snap Shot isn't fully done yet (and I accidentally got quite a few smears of paint on his arrow), But I'll edit this post to include the pictures of Instant Food fight once pohotobucket uploads it.


EDIT: I didn't notice all these messed up spots near his eyes and on his teeth on Food Fight, so I'll have to fix that up later. (spoiler for huge images.)

Trying to keep the Wiki with up to date info about the iOS stuff. It's more difficult when the iOS version has more Instant ones now since the console comes with some.

The true question is,will they be actually worth buying to play 'on the go' or it's easier to just get the figures loose and be done with it?

Yeah Instant Food Fighter dose look good mega spyro(i thought the Instant colors where an off-white not light gray...but i don't have them so i don't know)

Anyways...the only advice i could give you is ...slow down...lol. You don't need to paint them so fast..and get finer brushes for the tight spots...0/10 brush...yeah it will take longer to paint with such a small brush, but will look better in the end.
