I keeps giving me an error... [CLOSED]

I originally had this game for the Wii, but I wanted a better version recently. I went on Amazon and bought the Wii U disc (which said "like new, never been used"), but I can't play for more than five minutes before it pops up with "error code 510-1031" saying the disc is dirty. I've cleaned it multiple times, but it keeps saying the same thing. Anybody know what to do? Or how to send it back to Activision and get a replacement?


And before anybody asks, I can't return the disc to the Amazon seller.

Yes, because I had the Wii version and beat it, and thought the game was terrible, but since people keep talking about how great of a game it is, I decided to see if it's better on a next gen console.
