(Misleading Title) Boston Shooting in Pokemon VGCs [CLOSED]

They had a 12-gauge shotgun and an AR-15. The 12 gauge was legal.

It may be legal, but I mean, I don't think anyone can say they are bringing a 12-gauge to a family friendly event and pass it off as "just for protection", especially when accompanied with illegal firearms. Even without the AR-15, the amount of ammunition he had clearly denotes that he had it there with intent to kill innocent civilians on a mass level. Especially when you see his Facebook comments. It was right of people to call the police.

I understand that, but it doesn't get rid of the fact that 12-gauges are legal. OP said they weren't.
