I picked up Swap Force when ps4 came out, and was pretty disappointed to find that as an Australian, I cannot access the online servers. This has been quite highly published around the internet and I'm sure on this forum, mainly because it prevents the Newsworthy trophy (and therefore the platinum trophy for finishing the game)

about 12 months ago I spent alot of time talking to customer support, on their facebook and in private about getting this fixed, most of the replies were something like this:

after a few months I was so annoyed with the customer service that I decided to quit collecting Skylanders.
Anyway just today I was curious about how Skylanders was going so I thought to myself I wonder if they ever fixed the servers. So I pulled out Skylanders from my storage, fired it up and now you can't even start the game at all!!! it just gets stuck in an infinite loop saying "Skylanders Swap Force Update File - Cannot Install" and I have to turn off my ps4 to stop it.
When I googled this error, it seems there are just as many Australian's getting this error now, so instead of fixing the bug (after 12+ months since they said they were aware of it) They have made the entire game unplayable!!!!!!!

I am so annoyed that I will definitely never touch another Skylander, how the hell can they get away with this? What if i had just bought the game and it doesn't even work?
