I was Re-playing some older levels, and when I put in Skylanders Spyro's adventure and played Darklight Crypt, I noticed something... the Switch's that take you from the ghost world to the real world look a LOT like the new light and dark element symbols.

Huh, might've been from where they took the layouts from. The difference is that the sun symbol is a full circle instead of a hollow one. Who knows,there were hints that TFB was planning something to do with them so maybe at the time of SSA it was scrapped and made into the Living/Ghost worlds since Life and Undead had taken the characteristics(Camo and Cynder for example), and now it could be reimplemented.

Was TFB even expecting to make a Skylanders sequel? Let alone 4 of them? If so, this is some really big foreshadowing...


Or a really big coincidence.

According to Giants interviews, they had hopes but not too many - but they had tons and tons and TONS of character ideas so I wouldn't be surprised that,from the transition of Spyro's Kingdom to Skylanders,they decided to start to make a big canon by the off chance they could use the universe again.

Makes sense why its called Darklight. Seems like a basic night and day concept that developed into additional elements.
