i will take more photos when is finished but that wont be for 2-3 weeks as im going to flock his santa suit and i have to make his santa hat

It's probably tape so the paint doesn't go in undesired places. Didn't think about using it, always assumed that the tape could remove the original paint. Don't forget to post this on the Custom Figures thread when you're done,gillgrunt :3

How did you get him to come apart so well?...all of mine are really glued together.

Like Bifrost said if what your saying about "the paper"...thats not paper...its masking tape...you can see the roll behind him in the upper left corner of the pic's. And no masking tape won't remove the original paint...as long as you use the low adhesion masking tape. But in sure he's not worried about that since he is doing a repaint. smilie
