Is the High Five from Frito Lay painted different from the upcoming retail version?

Just give it some time. They might re-release him in a second batch with improved paint. It happened with Pop Thorn for Swap Force, so it's not impossible.

I'm really hoping they will, since I'm pretty disappointed by how little effort it looks like they put into him.

For now then, I'll leave him on card just in case something different happens with him.

My Hot Head Frito Lay version didn't light up on the portal so I gave him to my buddy who didn't care if he lit up or not.
