When you create the save in nightmare mode, is there any difference in the pvp arena as a result of the higher difficulty?

I may be wrong,

but,

I'm pretty sure there isn't. The whole game is the same I believe, just enemies have more health and more attack power,
PVP arena's are no different I believe,
