Not gonna lie, but almost all the wow pows in this game suck. Only Thorn Horn smilie and Ninja smilie are good overall.

Stelf and Camo's are good indeed.

Terrafin's series 3 wow pow is actually better than his series 2 because it doesn't pause his movement, deals good damage, and looks really cool. Also, he can finally punch with more than just stubby arms (even if his claws are admittedly a little ostentatious).
