What difficulty to you play on Skylanders after beating the story? I always play on Nightmare Mode and Easy Mode when I'm doing certain quests so I can do them faster.

i only play on nightmare now. other modes are to easy....

I agree Nightmare is far more challenging.

I just played nightmare once to get that PS3 trophy . Its kinda annoying to summon your mighty warrior in the middle of a fight only to pull him off when he gets bonked on the head in under 2 seconds and i have to stand up again cause my cookie jar is out of arms reach .

I play nightmare, it's more challenging and I get the bonus loot and XP. I also most definitely have the portal in arms reach, there is no way I am getting up every time I need/want to change a Skylander. Actually beat Kaos yesterday on NM without getting hit thanks to some nice Swap action.

Hard or Nightmare. I do Easy sometimes if I want to get done with something fast. But, its waaayyy to easy. Lightning struck our house, and a bunch of electronics blew up. They bought me a new PS3, and I have to start ALL OVER. Oh well, Its ok with me since i like seeing what the beginning of the game was like, and im going to play better than before. Anyways, I havent unlocked nightmare mode since I lost all my progress, but Usually, its always on Nightmare.

I always play on easy. But I use nightmare to record my levels' highest difficulty to it. I use my overpowered characters to do the job. I'm also going to use nightmare for score challenges.

i'm working through the figure quests, so its on easy unless I'm doing the elementalist quest, then i use nightmare

It depends on the task. Most of the time Nightmare. However, no damage taken gets a big fat EASY mode.

Nightmare. Been gaming 15+ years, so Easy-Hard is nothing compared to some games I've overcome and to be perfectly honest, even Nightmare is too easy. I wish they had something a bit more difficult, but without making it impossible

After playing for a while, on first walkthroughs, when nightmare isn't available, I use hard, for bonus loot and especially bonus exp. When nightmare is available, I replay every level for the achievement/trophy/deeper story understanding. And it's more fun!

Lol Perfect Captain is hard. I've only won it with Roller Brawl and Freeze Bomb

I play with my daughter, and she doesn't like it when her characters get beat up.

I pretty much exclusively play Nightmare, myself.

As a Portal Master its your duty to protect your skylanders and give them every possible advantage in combat . This includes changing the difficulty setting .

Well with my brother I play medium and by myself nightmare almost done that and then just going to cruise on hard.

Easy for questing, nightmare for exp.

Well my nephew plays with me ALL THE TIME, and he thinks hes so good, but really, he barely survives on easy. Tower of Time is such a struggle on two player mode.When I play with him, we usually keep it on easy, which is way to underwhelming for me.
