Well maybe except for the Wreaking Ball part.While I love him and think he is adorable he is just not the best(In terms of PvP,in story he is kick ass)

If you are going to get the game just get this one.The others are meh compared to this.

-Giants isn't much different to SSA in terms of gameplay, has less story chapters and the Adventure pack chapters are exactly the same as in SSA.

-Although Swap Force has more to do outside the main story, you need to have at least eight swappable Skylanders (one for each ability) in order to get 100% and they each cost around £12-£15 while core Skylanders (the regular ones) cost no more than £8.

-Since this game has been out for almost three years now, the starter pack will be pretty cheap.

-If you get the game and you can't find any green based figures, you can just buy their reposes. Their packaging tells you which game they work with so you'll know which characters came from SSA.

First of all - Wrecking Ball is NOT the most overpowered. He is severely underpowered on one path and A Tier on the other.

Terrafin
Stealth Elf

Okay, yeah Wrecking Ball is't overpowered in this game but he is in Swap Force.

Portal Masters are those who can bring Skylanders back to life by utilizing the mystical tool - The Portal of Power.
It's a cheesy way of saying the player.

The story involves the Skylanders being banished to our world and being turned into toys by Kaos and only the portal master (you the player) can send them back to Skylands.

But I can't friends to play Skylanders with because no one likes Skylanders where I live .

Or have them come over to us. For instance I had three young relatives over last Tuesday, and they had a blast trying out some of my figures (they didn't bring any of their own, since they didn't actually know I had Skylanders).

Before they left, I gave each of them one of my extras: Warnado, LC Jet-Vac and LC Shroomboom.
There was a slight quarrel over Warnado, but I managed to settle it fairly quickly.

Oh that was so nice of you NightMoon . Chances are they dont know about skylanders or they are judging without even trying . Make a friend and invite him or her to your house and then have them play skylanders with you .

Actually, the reason we even started playing was that one of them noticed my Dark Spyro figure that I keep on my shelf, mentioned they had 14 Skylanders at home, and then they asked if they could play some :3 (And the look on their faces when I said I have over 80 figures, priceless XD)

They mentioned that they had traded in Spyro's Adventure after getting one of the newer games, and since they were wondering how they could jump in Giants, it's safe to say that they currently have Swap-Force.

I'm still not sure if I should get one of the games...

You don't have to. It's not about Spyro even though he's cooler in Skylanders in my opinion.

I'm still antsy about Skylanders Spyro. Cynder...well, she doesn't look as good as she did in Dawn of the Dragon, but Flashwing...

I swear, she doesn't really look all that sexy in the actual game, but she looks so damn good in DIS PIC:

if you want a new spyro game ssa is the closest your gonna get to any spyro games since your fav shadow legacy from 2005. you can play the whole game as spyro and the npc(non player character) will call you spyro when you talk to them. i think you will enjoy that game very much, since it have a lot of spyro in it..

I dont know . I have seen enough of his topics and questions to make me wonder about it . Far too many threads asking us to coax him into trying out skylanders . I feel i am being carrot stringed.
