Uknown disc error [CLOSED]

in my year of the dragon, it for some reason restarts the bgackground music about 30 seconds it started, whats going on?

No, disc is scratch free, and console workds perfectly.
Well, it doesnt work fine now, the disc laser decided to die on me smilie, now nothing works

Nah, they wont take it, the ribbon cable for the laser has broke in a certain place making the laser have no power. Plus theres no sticker on the underside

Try this: (For PS1's)

When the main menu starts, pop the cover open after 5 seconds then navigate the menu. Once the screen turns black when you started a game, slam the cover shut.

I have to do this on my Spyro 3.

No, the acctual laser (the bit that reads the disc) its cable broke on the power lines. The laser is dead.
