This really doesn't exist, does it? I was searching for stuff and came across it, I can't remember if there is a Volcanic Fire Bone Hot Dog.

This isn't real at all. This would be Volcanic if it was but it is 100% not real.

photoshop
duplicate layer
magic wand, tolerance of 40%, uncheck continuous
select the red
file->select->inverse
delete
un-select selection
desaturate
erase everything outside of Hot Dog
Toy around with levels to get the shade you want

They could have chosen to do a Volcanic Hot Dog, but Activison decides to exploit eruptor once more. "LOOOOL HE BARFS LAVA LETS MAKE MORE!" He's a cool character, but eruptor needs a break from the spotlight.
