Why do you need it exact? Wallpapers can scale themselves. Otherwise if it's for something that can't scale it, you could use Photoshop to scale it and use some filtering to make it look pretty!

Oh, nothing too important. I'm using it in a little project of mine, so I'm just trying to get it as large as possible to avoid too much pixelation.
I don't have Photoshop, just Paint Shop Pro (which usually does the job good enough). But yeah, if I can't find it I'll certainly run some effects on it to clear it up smilie

I recommend using PAINT.NET for image editing. It's actually a very powerful program.
