Spark Locks [CLOSED]

I am having issues with finishing a task. It keeps saying I have 19 out of 20 Spark Locks done. I cannot find the one I am missing. Does anyone know where the final one is? I have already beat all the levels. I have read people say one appears after you beat Kaos but I never had one show up. I have a Wii U.

I think there's one that's only found in the lock in Woodburrow.

The Spark lock in woodburrow changes a lot it'll be one of those.

Thank you, i keep going back to it over and over but nothing yet. I am ocd and cant stand that i am only at 86% on swap force. I HAVE to get to 100% lol

Since you keep returning might as well knock out those Tech Lock quests... smilie
