I'm debating on getting a Terrafin, since I noticed that my S2 was getting kinda hard to use, and as I was level grinding in the "Angry Angry Plants" solo survival challenge on Hard with Prism Break, trying to get him to level 20, and I kinda struggled to hit enemies with 's beam consistently enough for it not to be a pain. That's why I'm considering getting a . Thing is, I'm not sure if I should go for his S2 or his S3. Can you help me out here? Common sense says I should go for the S3, but I'm not entirely sure about that.

IMO S2 has the better wow pow

They both seem equal, but I prefer S2 personally. The nerfed speed of the character in SF makes me automatically biased AGAINST S3 as I can play S2 in Giants where all of my hard work on heroics can be enjoyed.

Well, they seem pretty equal, but S3 more easily available as of right now. And couldn't you take the S3 into SSA/Giants to do heroics? S3 is backwards compatible with the older games, after all, so what's stopping you from taking the S3 into SSA/Giants and doing heroics there?

I'm not debating you can't take the S3 into Giants and do heroics, but the speed doesn't move forward into Swap Force, where is the only game where you can execute a S3 wow pow. In Giants a S3 plays like a S2.

Oh. If the bonuses from heroics in SSA/SG don't really apply in SSF, putting the S3 back into the older games for heroics is pretty much pointless? I'm probably gonna end up getting the S3, since it's more easily available.

Generally, think about the heroics as impacting the game you are doing them in. Swap Force does acknowledge heroics completed in Giants, but it's negligible. In essence, the character gets "nerfed" when playing a new game and you have to do it all over again (with the exception of Swap Force, where none existed).

I like the S3 personally.

S3, i tried my series 3 Terrafin in Giants and heck, it doesnt even feel like a wowpow...

which ever one you can find out of the 2.

s2 terrafin has a cool wow pow and is available in a single.

s3 terrafin has another excellent wow pow but you can get him in a battle pack or a single.

my vote is for series 3. but your best way to get him is in the double pack as you also get a new battle item and bumble blast.
