Having trouble leveling up old Giants charactors to 20. PLEASE HELP [CLOSED]

So, I'm trying to level up my series 2 Ignitor and Whirlwind to 20, but its like they don't gain experience points?

What level are they on? Do keep in mind that once you're on the later levels, it gets harder and longer to level up. Have you been able to level up other chars?

Go visit EON. Do the challenges. Either Solo or Team survival as well as the bonus missions. That's how we work on leveling up our new characters.
