i don't mind sheila's hair too much, but i'd rather she didn't have it. i much prefer the design nicholas was going to give us. it's just much better. they didn't have to make her obviously anthro. she's just a funny kangaroo.

this design would make a cool mod if someone with the know-how feels like figuring it out

So what makes you hate Reignited so much? One of the things I'm not too keen on is the VAs for the NPCs in Spyro 2 and 3.
And I do agree, Spyro 4 should be made, and hopefully, it still will be, cos, I'm curious what they can do with it.
People have been asking for a Crash/Spyro crossover, so I wouldn't mind that happening, but after Spyro 4.

i can somewhat agree with that; i got it on sale recently and i have no idea what people were thinking with some criticisms, it's a great remake

So the first level/area of Ripto's Rage, Glimmer, can be 100% completed on the first run at it. It's not news, but it is much easier to pull off with this version.

For those who don't know, the grace period for jumping after stepping off of walkable terrain (there is a term for this, but I do not recall what it is at this time) is much more apparent in this game than any other I have ever played. As in, you can take a step off of a ledge and then jump off of the air shortly afterwards. This little mechanic can be used to make jumps to areas you would otherwise need the climbing skill to reach.

In Glimmer, if you are quick enough, you can bring the flight ability into the cave, where you pay Moneybags for the bridge. It will accelerate the depletion of the meter, but if you turn as soon as you go through the door, charge, and jump off the air itself, you can get just enough flight meter time to glide to the ledge you would normally need the climb skill for.

Another jump I have personally found was on the map with the turtles, Sunny Beach. There is another section you will need the climb skill to reach, it's just a couple gems, but jumping from the railing of the bridge (the elevated section you follow the little turtles up and across). Honestly just a little thing, but it helps in not having to backtrack when you get to climb in the second world.

Finally just bought Reignited for the Switch. $10 was too good a deal to pass up when I knew I wanted to play it all again before ARB anyway. Wonder if the controls are going to feel weird at first. I've played countless Switch games at this point but this is my first time playing one I've usually played on the Playstation before now.

I haven't been able to play it in years since my brother has the PS4 so looking forward to seeing TFB's take on it all again. I remember it was a beautiful game and the reason I have faith in TFB for Spyro's future.

EDIT: Yep, it felt weird on Switch. Still lots of fun though and the game is beautiful as I remember.

For a game that came out 8 years ago, it still holds up really well
