No need to keep that detail now that we have much more complex shaders and colors, but it’s still a nice extra for all of those who grew up with the NTSC version (and I honestly don’t mind it at all).
Kinda random thought, but I basically just realized that what makes me truly hyped about these remakes is the amount of time I’ll (hopefully) spend playing them.
It’s not just a matter of meatier and longer titles compared to the ones in the N. Sane Trilogy, but also the facts the levels themselves are a joy to replay even without actually needing to complete new objectives.
I can already imagine myself gliding all over Tree Tops to gaze at the starry sky, or exploring every nook and cranny of the new Summer Forest and Autumn Plains or even just walking through Crystal Islands; I soooo want to get lost in these levels like I still do with the originals.
I’ve always got excited just thinking about the possibility of the remakes and only now I finally understood why: Crash was a nice warm up but here is where things get serious.
Damn, I’m over-hyping myself again.
