I hope the sept 21st release date is true cause that's literally the day after my birthday, that'd be a sweet as bday present. Tho I wont be at home then so I will probably have to steal my flatmate's ps4 to play it.......

The September release date DOES make sense
Crash N.Sane Trilogy was announced at the PSX, December of 2016, then released on June 2017, with 6 months between it's announcement and release.

Spyro Reignited is about to be announced at the start of April, to be released on the end of September, giving it around 5 months and a couple of weeks.

looks a bit too oversaturated in some of the screenshots but spyro looks cute as hell, hopefully it will look better in motion

World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth is slated to release around [EDIT: 14th August, not 21st September like Blizzard suggested]. I'm not sure if Activision are gonna do an EA where two of their top titles are going to compete with each other in the same week.

Then again, September is a very hot month for game releases.

Looks really cool.

Only criticisms I really have are that the boxart looks bland (though it may not be final), Sparx looks a little weird, Spyro's belly seems to jut out kinda awkwardly, and Spyro's horns look a bit blunt. I think his design looks like a more refined version of the AHT design. I'm curious if he will look any different in Spyro 2 and 3 considering he did in the originals.

I'm excited to see it in motion, and most importantly, get a feel for the controls.

Just gonna mention two minor nitpicks, which are Spyro’s lighter color and Sparx’s new model.

I've never had the opportunity to play the original three Spyro games so I'm hyped as hell. It's honestly fascinating to me that Legend of Spyro got me into the series and here we are almost a decade after that trilogy that we finally get something new for the dragon himself that doesn't directly involve Skylanders(not to say Skylanders was a bad thing at all, never played any of them).

I imagine that they might adjust the over-saturation, as they did with the N. Sane Trilogy two months before it was released.


I hope so, plus they could also fix some of the colours too. The grass looks too brown instead of green imo
