After all it’s clear Crash has his Titans design in the N. Sane Trilogy, which goes perfectly along with the whole operation nostalgia, so those are legit concerns.

Can’t properly understand if what he says was originally posted shortly after the Kotaku leak or not, the wording makes it a bit hard to tell, but the informations seem credible.
“Treasure Trilogy” is a bit basic but has a nice ring to it.

Lately I've been noticing how many people live under a rock.
-"Crash has never been multiplatform" great lie, Crash has been multiplatform since 2001.
-"Spyro in the remake will be like Skylanders" yet another lie, in addition to the fact that Skyro has improved a lot in appearance in the latest games

They didn't let Crash keep his slightly bigger chest fur and metal bits on his gloves from Imaginators, why would they make Spyro have the Skylanders design?

Even if there's a cheat or something, they'll probably use the Academy model since that's the "current" design for merch. These people probably still think he's a low res Wii model.

I just hope a bigger emphasis is put on a more appealing visual style. Crash’s remake was pretty mixed on how well certain designs and lighting mechanics work. Hopefully, the lack of fur makes for a more attractive look

User B4DASS posted a simple Reddit thread stating “Spyro The Dragon: Treasure Trilogy to be announced tomorrow at 1PM PST” with the body of the post simply saying “Info from inside sources at Activision.”

I wonder if they’ll try a realistic approach with Spyro’s scales as well.
I’d be fine with them popping out more as kong as they don’t ruin the cartoonish aesthetics.
A slight translucent effect on wings could be cool as well.

Do you guys think they might also unlock the Crash demo along with the announcement, since the rumor talks about that as well?
Still convinced they’ll most likely save it for E3, if not later.

That same user leaked The Division 2 and Black Ops 3, which is the only reason I'm even posting threads with trash comments about Skylanders instead of speculation. Wouldn't bat an eye otherwise.

As much as I want an announcement, let's not act like it's absolutely gonna happen today.

Definitely, that would be the worst mindset to have today.

I’m highly convinced it will happen today, and the reasons why are evident, but I still won’t take it as if it were completely confirmed.

I failed miserably in the past, so not even trying to not get hyped this time.
Too many things seem to point in the same direction, so it would seem logical for it to happen.

But we mustn’t forget it’s Activision we are talking about.
Only they know what they have in mind.

Think about kirby. If you can't use this hype energy now on Spyro, use it on kirb.

All I can think is PLEEEEEASE DON'T SUCK!

Whether we get the remake or something else entirely, I'm so anxious it'll suck and Spyro will fall into obscurity for the foreseeable future.

That’s a concern I can’t have, not after the very same team brought us the N. Sane Trilogy.
Yeah, it was different from the originals but it was still quite faithful and to me was good if not great.

No idea about the future, hopefully Activision will have understood what fans truly want and how far they can push these series’ limits by the time they decide what the new ones are going to be about, but I’m absolutely sure the remake itself is going to be just as successful as Crash’s.
And just like for him, it’ll help the original Spyro get back under the spotlight.

I came in as a disgruntled Spyro fan after a certain somebody talked about how I lost my **** in rage. I imagine many are here for similar reasons but we're all bitter to some extent. Like Crash, Spyro was once up there with famous AAA franchises like Casltevania, Metal Gear, Final Fantasy and Gran Turismo.

It's the only remake I need. Keep your Shadow of the Colossus and Final Fantasy VII remakes. Spyro is all we need.

Ha, yep, I'm in the same boat as him. But he's in a different timezone, he's actually half an hour earlier than that lol. I'm in that timezone though.

Well that's strange. Apparently Badass posted on r/Spyro last month and no one even brought this to light until now (reddit post history and all). That's very odd considering the fandom there is pretty crazy.
