Finally got around to getting this.

My assumption was the chest would unlock 80 pieces. Instead I got something like 6-8 ultimate weapons.

How does these pieces unlock and/or how do I verify? I get a sneaky feeling that perhaps the wrong chest was shipped in my package.

The rest of the parts should be unlocked in the editor, you'll see several parts with a "!" symbol.

Also, some of the parts are found in the level, a few of the sets in particular.

Yeah, that's it. Go to Imaginators "create" section and you'll see all the new parts unlocked.

how are you liking it my old friend?, i thought the lost imaginite mines was a very good goodbye dlc.

Ahhh, ok. I'll look. I wasn't inside the editor, I was just looking at the sets. Would you guys believe I STILL haven't finished the game yet lol. I've fallen off the wagon big time. I'm at the Pop Fizz level.

I only had enough time last week to place my stuff on the portal. I'll try and play some over next few days. I've not been not happy with anything in this game, but the rinse/repeat and constant purchases have left me exasperated. At least they're solving that problem...they sure as heck didn't hit anything on my to do list over the past few years.

That's understandable, but sad.

I found this the first game since swap force that I actually enjoyed.

Burnout hits hard and it's even harder to shake off. but it sounds like you have a fair few other things going on to fill your time.

Hope all the recent games haven't forever soured the earlier stuff for you.

anyone know the train pieces location, or do I get them after I finish the speed run on LIM.

It's in the CTT level. Look at the fake walls and stuff, you'll find it.

So how do you get the sets like the Skull Knight, Cybug, Beetle and Lion Fish? Are they just parts in random boxes?

I believe those sets are in LIM

They unlock automatically after placing the blue chest on the portal.

So as it turns out it was just my Switch having a hard time downloading from the chest (massive delay). I ended up with most of the sets being unlocked plus the 3 (maybe 4) from LIM. I still don't see sets like the Legionnaire, Precious Gems Metal Skull and more but I guess the remaining are from chests.

I remember getting Night Owl, Special Delivery and I think the Blue Plate Special from LIM.

These ones are found in random in-game chests when you have the latest patch that adds CTT and LIM to the game installed.

I just got a piece of Legionnaire from a chest...WOOT! Thanks all for the assist. I'm loving all these new sets. Adds new life to the game and a new reason to play thru again.
